Where is L’Azure hotel? How to get there?
The hotel is located right in the centre of Lloret de Mar. A five-minute walk from the beach or the shopping centre and just opposite the bus station.

Can I pay before arrival? What are the advantages?
You can pay us in advance at any time up to two days before your arrival by requesting it to reservations@lazure-hotel.com. You will receive a secure link to our bank to pay with your credit card. The conditions of your booking will remain unchanged and if you cancel within the free conditions, you will be refunded. By paying this way, you will avoid using the pin pad at the payment terminal at the reception. In addition, you will speed up your check-in process and receive a valid ticket for a welcome drink to start your holiday in the best possible way.
Do I have to pay on arrival?
Unless indicated on your booking, payment is due on arrival at L’Azure, during check-in, or you can prepay as described above.
When can I check in?
Check in time is at 15:00 hours, however there is a possibility for checking in before this time. The hotel has a luggage room, where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early and want to start enjoying the hotel services, prior to check in.
If your reservation includes half board or full board, the first stipulated service is dinner. If you wish to start with lunch at midday, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel.
Which are the most common bed types in L’Azure hotel?
When you’re looking for our hotel, be sure to look at the room types available and the beds. When you’re staying away from home, you need a place to relax. Your accommodation should offer all the comforts of home and more.
Single Bed / Double bed: This size is 0,90 m wide per bed. While some people think a double as a queen bed you might be aware that this bed type is the union of two single beds with a topper, making it a double bed of 1,80 m wide. Available in Standard, Superior rooms an Family Rooms.
Queen bed: A queen is in the middle when it comes to beds in our hotel, ideal for loving couples. This type measures 1,60 m wide. Available in Deluxe rooms.
King bed: A king is the biggest bed you’ll find at our hotel. A king bed is our stardard bedding type in the Suites making it the best comfort for a holiday.
We come as a family, from what age are children considered to be children at L’Azure?
At L’Azure, babies from 0 to 1 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 13 years old are entitled to significant discounts and can enjoy the whole of the Azuland universe within the hotel. For children aged 14 and over sharing a room with adults, there are other discounts, but you will have to notify them as adults at the time of booking.
Can I ask for a cot for my baby in the room?
Baby cots at L’Azure are free of charge and are available on request. Please notify us at the time of booking so that we can arrange for your baby to have a cot in the room when you arrive.
Does the hotel have a car park?
The hotel has parking spaces at the door that you can use for a few minutes while you check in. When you arrive at the hotel, check with reception for available parking options.
Does the hotel have a Spa?

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
The hotel offers an excellent gastronomic offer. La Plaza Restaurant is where we offer breakfast, half board and full board. It is a Front Cooking Restaurant where the chefs will be finishing and personalising succulent dishes, with fresh produce, in front of you. On the other hand, we have the à la carte restaurant The Factory. A Tex-Mex themed restaurant, which also offers a fusion cuisine from other cultures that you are sure to love.
Should you have an allergy or food intolerance, and will require special attention regarding your diet. Just let us know when you make your reservation and please remind the maître d’ when you arrive at the hotel restaurant. We will show you our special menú based on special dietary requirements.
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
You are not allowed to bring in food or drinks from outside the hotel. Nor do we allow external deliveries to be delivered to the hotel, as the hotel is not responsible for any possible inconveniences that can occur from external food and beverage suppliers (restaurants, etc).
How many bars are there at L’Azure?
We have 4 bars for you to enjoy every moment of the day.
La Vinya: is our wine concept: a variety of wines, cavas, champagne, vermouth, cheeses and ham with a top quality product as the main protagonist.
The Circus: A place to meet people, have fun, laugh, share, socialise with other guests or try any type of drink, coffee or tea while the kids enjoy the entertainment exclusively for them.
Pool Bar: Sun, summer, Costa Brava, swimming pool and flip-flops, who could ask for more from life? That’s the Pool Bar; L’Azure’s most carefree proposal.
The Eighth (adults only): Located on the rooftop of the hotel, once you discover it you won’t want to leave. Enjoy our fresh and fancy cocktails.
Is there wifi in the hotel?
The hotel offers free wifi to all hotel guests. To access the wifi you must use your surname(s) as it is written on the “welcome” card that comes with your room key. We have a premium wifi service if you need more bandwidth. Do not hesitate to ask us at reception.
What is Chromecast technology?
With this technology you can stream the content of your choice directly from your mobile phone, computer or tablet to the TV in your room. Your device automatically becomes the remote control. In apps like Netflix or YouTube, you just click on the content you want to watch, and instead of playing on the device itself, it will play directly on the TV in your room.
Can I request a picnic?
At L’Azure hotel we take care of the gastronomic offer down to the smallest detail. For this reason, as we cannot guarantee the food safety of the products once they leave our establishment, we cannot commit ourselves to offer this service.
Can I order a cold dinner on the day of arrival?
L’Azure wants you to enjoy an excellent gastronomic experience. For this reason we do not offer a cold dinner service outside restaurant hours. Our restaurant La Plaza is open until 22:30h. If you are unable to enjoy dinner on your arrival day, we recommend that you request a change to another service for another day at least 48 hours in advance.
When do I have to leave the room?
The reserved room is available until 11:00h on the agreed day of departure. We can offer a late check-out until 18:00h, however this service will be charged extra per room. This offer is subject to availability. If you are interested, please ask directly at the reception.
Does the hotel accept pets?
L’Azure does not allow pets in the hotel.
Cancellation policy and how to cancel: We look forward to serving you, and will be very sorry if for any reason you are unable to come. To make things easier for you, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date directly from our website in the following link: CANCEL RESERVATION. Remember that if you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival date, you will be charged the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation. If you do not show up at the hotel and the reservation is not cancelled, the cost will be 100% of the reservation.
