Where is L’Azure Hotel? How to get there?
The hotel is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Five minutes’ walk from the beach or the shopping centre, and right in front of the bus station.

What are the payment methods?
At the time of booking, we will ask for a credit or debit card number (VISA, VISA ELECTRON or MASTER CARD) to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be made directly at the hotel, unless a non-refundable or prepaid rate is contracted, or you contact us to make an advance payment.

Once at the hotel, you can pay in cash (maximum €1,000) or by credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS).

NOTE. The establishment reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before arrival. Likewise, upon arrival at the hotel, a valid credit card may also be required as a guarantee or, failing that, a cash deposit.

Can I pay before arrival? What are the benefits?
You can pay us in advance at any time up to two days before your arrival by requesting it at reservations@lazure-hotel.com. You will receive a fully secure link to our bank to pay by credit card. Your booking conditions will remain unchanged and if you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will be refunded. By paying this way, you will avoid using the pin pad at the reception payment terminal. You will also speed up your check-in process and receive a voucher for a welcome drink to start your holiday in the best possible way.

When can I check in to the hotel?
Your room will be available from 3:00 PM at the latest.

Is there a luggage storage service?
Yes. L’Azure Hotel offers a free luggage storage service both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, so you can continue to enjoy the hotel facilities in complete comfort.

Early Check‑In
Yes. L’Azure Hotel offers the possibility of Early Check‑In (paid service), before 7:00 AM or from 9:00 AM, always subject to availability. If you wish to guarantee or request it in advance, you can write to us at reservations@lazure-hotel.com. Our team will do everything possible to facilitate your arrival so that you can start enjoying the hotel as soon as possible.

Can I check in online?
You can check in online at the following link ONLINE CHECK-IN – However, we will ask for your identification documents upon arrival to verify your details.

If your booking includes half board or full board, the first stipulated service is dinner. If you wish to start with lunch on your first day, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival at the hotel.

We are travelling as a family — from what age are children considered children at L’Azure Hotel?
At L’Azure Hotel, babies aged 0 to 1 stay free of charge. Children aged 2 to 13 receive significant discounts and can enjoy the entire Azuland universe within the hotel. For children aged 14 or over sharing a room with adults, other types of discounts apply, but they must be registered as adults at the time of booking.

Can I request a cot for my baby in the room?
Cots at L’Azure Hotel are free of charge. Please notify us in the booking so we can have it ready for your baby’s arrival in the room.

Does the hotel have a car park?
The hotel has a few parking spaces at the entrance that you can use for a few minutes while checking in. For parking during your stay, we have a paid, covered and supervised car park very close to the hotel. Unfortunately, spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. Please ask at Reception upon arrival.

Does the hotel have a Spa?
The hotel has a Spa of more than 600 square metres called Cocoon Wellbeing & Spa. Access is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Is spa access included or does it have an additional cost?
Access to Cocoon Wellbeing & Spa is not included in the room price. Entry for hotel guests costs €25 per person (1h30m session). You can add this service during the booking process on this website by selecting it as an additional service, or book it directly at reception (subject to availability).

What treatments does the spa offer?

Is there a gym at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a gym exclusively for hotel guests. For more information about the available equipment and opening hours, you can check here, ask directly at reception upon arrival, or write to us at reservations@lazure-hotel.com.

Is there a restaurant at the hotel?
The hotel offers an excellent gastronomic experience. The Restaurant La Plaza is where we provide breakfast, half board and full board services. It is a Front Cooking Restaurant where chefs finish and personalise mouth-watering dishes with fresh produce right in front of you. We also have the à la carte restaurant The Factory: a chef’s restaurant with Mediterranean touches that also offers a fusion of other world cuisines that is sure to delight you.

What are the breakfast, lunch and dinner times?
The main restaurant is La Plaza | Mediterranean Market. It offers breakfast, lunch* and dinner services. The exact buffet times at L’Azure Hotel may vary by season, so we recommend checking them at reception upon arrival or contacting us at reservations@lazure-hotel.com. * Between 11 July and 22 August (both dates inclusive), the Full Board lunch is served exclusively à la carte at Trattoria by The Factory, replacing the buffet service at La Plaza.
The gastronomic offering includes al dente pasta, freshly baked pizzas and a selection of Mediterranean flavours.
Applicable to all Full Board stays within these dates.

Are drinks included in half board or full board?
Drinks are not included in half board or full board. You can order them during lunch and dinner at an additional cost. For more details about what each board arrangement includes, please contact us at reservations@lazure-hotel.com.

Is it necessary to book at The Factory?
We recommend booking a table at The Factory in advance, especially during peak season, as spaces are limited. Book a table here

I have an allergy or food intolerance — do you have suitable options for me?
Simply let us know in your booking and please remind the maître d’ upon arrival at the hotel restaurant. We will show you our allergen menu and adapt the food for you.

Can I bring food and drinks from outside?
It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside the hotel.

How many bars are there at L’Azure Hotel?
We have 4 bars available for you, so you can enjoy every moment of the day.

La Vinya: Our wine bar concept: a variety of wines, cavas, champagne, vermouth, cheeses and ham, with premium-quality products as the star of the show.

The Circus: A place to meet people, have fun, laugh, share, connect with other guests or enjoy any type of drink, coffee or tea while the little ones enjoy the exclusive entertainment designed just for them.

Pool Bar: Sun, summer, Costa Brava, pool and flip-flops — what more could you ask for? That is the Pool Bar: the most laid-back offering at L’Azure Hotel.

The Eighth (adults only): Located on the hotel’s rooftop — once you discover it, you won’t want to leave. Enjoy our fresh and fantastical cocktails.

Is the rooftop infinity pool adults only?
Yes, the rooftop infinity pool, along with its bar/restaurant The Eighth, is an adults-only space (+18). The hotel also has other pools where the whole family can enjoy themselves, as well as a Splash Park exclusively for children. Find more information and opening hours here.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi to all hotel guests. To access the Wi-Fi, you will need to use your surname as written on the “welcome” card that comes with your room key. We also offer a premium Wi-Fi service if you require more bandwidth. Please do not hesitate to ask us at reception.

What is Chromecast technology?
With this technology, you can stream the content of your choice directly from your mobile phone, computer or tablet to the television in your room. Your device automatically becomes the remote control. In apps such as Netflix or YouTube, simply select the content you want to watch and instead of playing on your device, it will stream directly to the room’s television.

Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?
All our rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace, depending on the category booked, so you can enjoy a private outdoor space during your stay.

Can I choose the type of bed (double or twin)?
Yes, in most rooms it is possible to choose between a double bed or two separate beds (twin). Please let us know at the time of booking or notify us in advance at reservations@lazure-hotel.com. We will arrange it subject to availability.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel or on the balconies?
L’Azure Hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment in all its indoor areas. As a shared living space, we ask you to respect the wellbeing of other guests by following this policy. For your convenience, we have designated smoking areas on the terraces and outside the hotel.

Does the hotel offer an airport transfer service?
At this time the hotel does not have its own transfer service, but we will be happy to help you organise your arrival. The nearest airports are Girona – Costa Brava Airport (approximately 40 minutes away) and Barcelona-El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport (approximately 80 minutes away). Private transfer and bus services connect both airports with Lloret de Mar. Ask us at reception or at reservations@lazure-hotel.com and book your transfer here.

Can I request a picnic?
At L’Azure Hotel we take care of every detail of our gastronomic offering. As we cannot guarantee the food safety of products once they leave our establishment, we are unable to offer this service.

Can I request a cold dinner on the day of arrival?
L’Azure’s aim is for you to enjoy an excellent gastronomic experience. For this reason, we do not offer a cold dinner service outside restaurant hours. Our restaurant La Plaza is open until 10:00 PM. If you are unable to dine on your arrival day, we recommend requesting a change to another service on a different day with at least 48 hours’ notice.

When do I need to check out?
The reserved room is available until 11:00 AM on the agreed departure day.

Late Check‑Out
We offer a Late Check‑Out (paid service), always subject to availability.
If you wish to extend your stay until 3:00 PM or until 6:00 PM, our team will be happy to assist so you can continue enjoying the facilities with complete peace of mind. You can request it in advance at reservations@lazure-hotel.com or directly at the hotel reception.

Does the hotel accept pets?
L’Azure does not allow pets in the hotel.

Does the hotel have entertainment? What activities are included in the programme?

Does the hotel offer excursions or activities during my stay?
Yes, the hotel offers a wide variety of excursions along the Costa Brava and other points of interest in Catalonia. These excursions, designed to make the most of your stay, include visits to charming villages, nature trails, historic monuments, and theme and water parks. Cancellation Policy and how to cancel:
We look forward to welcoming you, and we will be very sorry if for any reason you are unable to come. To make things easy for you, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date directly from our website at the following link: CANCEL BOOKING. Please note that if you cancel with less notice, a charge equivalent to the first night will apply. If you do not show up at the hotel and the booking has not been cancelled, the charge will be 100% of the reservation.
