The access and/or use of the L’Azure websites implies the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein.
L’Azure provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to L’Azure or its ASSOCIATES, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Site. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. The USER will be responsible for providing truthful and legal information in this registration. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he will be responsible, committing himself to make diligent and confidential use of it. L’Azure reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are contrary to the law, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. Under no circumstances will L’Azure be responsible for the opinions expressed by users on forums or other participatory tools.
L’Azure adheres to the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated 21 December, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures that the user’s personal data are used and processed correctly. L’Azure, either on its own or as an assignee or licensee by virtue of consent issued by its ASSOCIATES, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web pages, as well as of the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for their operation, access and use, etc.), owned by L’Azure or by its associates or licensees. All rights reserved. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the means of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorisation of L’Azure, is expressly prohibited. The USER agrees to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by L’Azure. L’Azure shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the website or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.
